youngstown ohio homicide suspect sir wolfgang green

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown Police released the name of a suspect in the fatal shooting of a teenager on Youngstown’s south side Wednesday.

Youngstown Police are looking for a man named Sir Wolfgang Green, 21, which they say is not an alias but rather the man’s real name.

Anyone with information on the shooting or Green’s location can call the Northern Ohio violent fugitive task force at 866-4-Wanted, or text tips, with the keyword “Wanted” to TIP411. A release from the Youngstown Police department stated that a money reward is available for any tips deemed to be significantly helpful.

“You can do that anonymously, no one has to leave a name,” Youngstown Police Captain Brad Blackburn said. “We’re just asking people to send those tips in to help take him off the streets.”

Police responded about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday to a house in the 500 block of Cohasset Drive. When officers arrived, they found Devon Bailey, 16, lying on the floor with an apparent gunshot wound to the chest. Medical personnel pronounced Bailey dead a short time later at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital.

Bailey was a student at East High School.

Detectives interviewed multiple witnesses who were there at the time.
