BROOKFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – After dropping their opening game, the Brookfield Warriors have been on a tear, picking up their fifth straight win by beating visiting Edgewood 31-7.

In the first, Kasey Tingler pulled down an Augustus Necastro throw in traffic to make it 7-0 Brookfield.

In the second quarter, Tingler hit a 39 yard field goal to increase the Warrior lead to 10-0.

In the second quarter, Necastro connected with Tingler again for another passing score, increasing the Warriors lead to 17-0.

The Warriors would go on to win on Homecoming night 31-7.

Brookfield (5-1) will hit the road in week seven to take on Girard.
