LOS ANGELES, Calif. (WWLP) – Bill Cosby will testify under oath in a sex assault case for the first time in ten years.
On Friday, the comedian will give a deposition in a civil suit brought by Judith Huth, who says she was assaulted by Cosby at the Playboy Mansion in the 1970’s when she was just 15-years-old.
A judge in Los Angeles ruled that Cosby must be interviewed under oath. Huth will be interviewed later this month.
Huth says Cosby gave her alcohol before the assault. She’s among more than two-dozen women who accuse Cosby of raping them, sometimes after he reportedly drugged them.
He admitted to giving sedatives to women he wanted to have sex with, but maintains the encounters were consensual. Cosby has not been charged with a crime.
