LaBrae dominates Newton Falls

LEAVITTSBURG, Ohio (WKBN) – Sitting comfortably in position for a playoff birth, LaBrae umped out early and dominated on both sides of the ball, crushing the winless Newton Falls Tigers, 62-0.

In the first quarter, the Vikings fielded a punt that backed their returned back to their own five yard line, but the Tigers could not contain the return, which was taken back 95 yards for the score.

Later in the quarter, the Vikings used the big play again to find the endzone, this time on an 80 yard touchdown run to increase their lead to 14-0.

The Vikings never looked back, racking up 62 points without giving up a point.

LaBrae (6-1), who is fourth in Division V Region 15, will travel to Brookfield next week.

Newton Falls (0-7) will host another winless team next week when they take on Girard.
