YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Two rival schools in Youngstown are getting ready for the big game Friday.
Mooney and Ursuline face each at Stambaugh stadium at 7:30 p.m.
Pep rallies were held at both schools Thursday where students chanted and cheered on their team.
The rivalry between Mooney and Ursuline began 57 years ago.
The Irish will seek their first win against their rival-Mooney Cardinals in three years. Ursuline has lost their last two meetings by a combined score of 60-21.
