Hickory improves to 7 and 1, rolls Grove City

GROVE CITY, Pennsylvania (WKBN) – In a battle of league rivals, the Hickory Hornets proved to be too strong on both sides of the ball, winning big over the host Grove City Eagles 42-6 on Friday night.

In the first quarter, the Hornets got on the board first on a Luke Brennan 70 yard touchdown run to put Hickory up 7-0.

The Hornets would never look back as they rolled 42-6 over the Eagles.

Hickory (7-1) entered the game in third in District 10 Region 3 and will take on Titusville next week.

Grove City (1-6) entered the game in sixth in District 10 Region 3 and will travel to Warren Area next Friday.
