Ellsworth woman charged with shooting at husband

ELLSWORTH TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – A woman from Ellsworth Township is in the Mahoning County Jail Monday, accused of shooting at her husband.

Robin Walton, 56, is facing charges of felonious assault and domestic violence.

Sheriff’s deputies said Walton and her husband got into an argument over money at their home on Leffingwell Road late Saturday night

Walton told her husband to leave but he didn’t, according to police.

That’s when investigators said Walton grabbed a revolver and fired at him, hitting the couch where he was sitting. She then reportedly fired at him as he was trying to drive away and missed again.
