YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Gasoline prices are lower all around the country, including here in the Mahoning Valley where you can find $2 gas in several communities.

The AAA average for the Youngstown-Warren metropolitan area as of Monday morning was $2.12 a gallon. The auto agency surveys a number of local gas stations each morning.

That average is down 9-cents for the week. The national average for regular was $2.24.

The lowest prices in our area according to the Gas Buddy website can be found in Warren, Youngstown, Salem and Lisbon.

The Speedway and Shell stations on Midlothian Blvd in Youngstown were selling regular for $2 a gallon. The same branded stations at East Market Street and North Road in Warren were at $1.98.
