Mercer ends the season with 9 straight losses

MERCER, Pennsylvania (WKBN) – Last year, 1-8 Mercer stumbled into week ten to only defeat Brockway – 43-14. Tonight, the Rovers were ready as they rolled past the Mustangs 25-7. Brockway (8-2) has now won four in a row and will prepare for the District 9 playoffs next week.

Mercer (1-9) has dropped their last nine games as they’ve been only able to win in 3 of their last 21 outings. The Mustangs scored 41 points in their week one 41-14 victory over Eisenhower. Since then, they’ve scored a total of 44 points.
