With 2:53 remaining in the first half, the Eagles finally found the endzone when quarterback Bobby Jefferson called his own number and punched it in from six yards out to make it 7-0.
With 0:35 remaining in the third quarter, the Eagles added to their lead on a 13 yard Ross Nocera touchdown run. A good extra point increased the lead to 14-0.
The Panthers got on the board in the second half to make it 14-7, but the Eagles responded quickly with a 13 play 66 yard drive, capped by an 11 yard touchdown run by Jefferson to push the lead back to two scores.
The Eagle defense iced the game on the next drive, intercepting a Panther pass and returning it 23 yards for the score to make it 28-7.
Warren JFK will play the winner of the Toronto and Mathews game.
