YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown Police are asking people to be on the lookout for a 23-year-old man who went missing from his home on Tuesday.
Police say the runaway, Alexander Kozma, has special needs, including Asperger’s Syndrome, numerous mental health disorders and a mild intellectual disability.
Kozma, who has been known to run away in the past, left his home on Shirley Road after an argument with his caregiver, according to a police report.
Police said Kozma has not been located after a search of his usual hangouts, and they believe the current weather is a threat to his health.
Kozma was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. He was described as a white male, 5’6″ tall and 155 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
Anyone with information on Kozma’s whereabouts is asked to call the Youngstown Police Department at 330-742-8950 or Help Hotline at 211 for the Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
