YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The young man who disappeared from his Shirley Road home on Tuesday has been found.

Youngstown Police say 23-year-old Alexander Kozma was located at the library near Youngstown State University at around 2:30 Saturday afternoon.
