YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The man indicted on capital murder charges in the death of a disabled woman this month pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday.

Lance Hundley is accused of beating both Erika Huff and her mother with a hammer and then setting fire to Huff’s home in Youngstown. Huff died in the attack and her mother was hospitalized.

Since the charges could bring the death penalty, two lawyers were appointed to handle his defense. His next hearing will be in about a month.
