YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Former Cleveland Browns player Ishmaa’ily Kitchen donated 200 turkeys to families in Youngstown for Thanksgiving.

Kitchen, a Cardinal Mooney High School graduate, joined dozens of Cardinal Mooney students at the school to pass out the turkeys to people in need.

Kitchen said he loves giving back and helping out the community.

“I just like to see the smile on people’s faces of the less fortunate,” he said. “I just want everybody to eat for Thanksgiving.”

In addition to giving out turkeys to the families that stopped by, Kitchen has also given almost 100 turkeys to churches in the community.

Kitchen played three years with the Cleveland Browns as a defensive lineman. He is now a free agent in the NFL.
