YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Wednesday, U.S. Marshals picked up a man suspected in a fatal shooting earlier in November that led to another fatal shooting.

Police arrested Jawonn Hymes Wednesday morning, charging him with aggravated murder and three counts of attempted murder in connection with the death of Thomas Owens, 33, early on the morning of Saturday, Nov. 14.

Police have already arrested Jason Heard, 19, on the same charges and are still looking for Leonard Savage, 21.

Police found Owens dead, apparently from a gunshot wound to the head, in a vehicle that was parked in the front yard of a house on West Myrtle Avenue.

Police are also investigating the link between Owens’ death and the death of Tony Brown, 34, on Nov. 16. In that shooting, police believe that Daniel Harris shot Brown because he suspected him of shooting Owens. However, police believe that Brown did not kill Owens, but rather that he was in the car with Owens and another man when Owens died.
