NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – One of former boxer Kelly Pavlik’s run-ins with the law has been resolved, and it ended up costing him $50 and court costs.
Pavlik had been charged with assault and disorderly conduct after police say he got into a scuffle with another man during a Foo Fighters concert in Niles in April.
Monday, Pavlik’s attorney confirmed the retired fighter was back in court. The assault case was dismissed, and Pavlik pleaded guilty to a minor misdemeanor.
Pavlik is still under investigation for another incident last summer at his home where sheriff’s deputies say he shot another man with an air-pellet rifle. But so far, no charges have been filed in that case.
