Police charge Youngstown man after finding heroin, two-year-old in house

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police arrested a Youngstown man Tuesday morning, charging that he had heroin and cocaine inside a house where he was staying.

Youngstown Police charged Carl Moore, 25, with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, according to a police report.

The report states that police served a search warrant at an undisclosed location in the city Tuesday morning, forcing open the front door after no one responded.

Police also said they found a loaded handgun in the house and charged Moore with having weapons while under disability.

A woman and that woman’s two-year-old child were in the house with Moore, according to the report.
