RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — An anonymous Twitter user in Richmond, Virginia has announced plans to hide cash throughout the city until Dec. 23.

@HiddenRVACash posted the first two clues Wednesday afternoon — soon after, there was a winner. The cash was found in Byrd Park.

The anonymous person behind the Twitter account did the same thing last year. The scavenger hunt had Richmonders all over Twitter buzzing.

According to the Twitter account’s bio, the anonymous person is a retiree from the payday and title loan industry and is “ready to give back to those with both immediate needs and dreams.”

“I think it’s absolutely fabulous to be able to go and spread the holiday cheer. We need more people like that,” said Richmonder Karen Kelly.
