HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) – Pennsylvania’s attorney general, her spokesman and her chief of staff are being sued by a former human resources officer who says he was fired for recommending the chief of staff be terminated over sexual harassment complaints.

George Moore sued Kathleen Kane and the aides Monday in federal court, saying he recommended Jonathan Duecker’s firing a day or two before Kane elevated Duecker to be her top administrator.

Moore says two female employees of the office made sexual harassment claims against Duecker.

He says one, a deputy attorney general, accused Duecker of touching her three times at a Hazleton bar, contact the lawsuit describes as physical assaults.

The other woman, a drug agent, says Duecker made advances on her at a Christmas party, then came into her bedroom.

The defendants include Kane spokesman Chuck Ardo. He says the office won’t comment before reviewing the complaint.
