Police: Teen brought gun into Trumbull Co. Children Services

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A 17-year-old boy was arrested after a stolen firearm was found inside Trumbull County Children Services.

Police said the semi-automatic firearm found inside the facility on Reeves Road was stolen from a home on Elm Road on Saturday. Police allege a teenager brought the gun into the Children Services, where he was staying.

The teen was arrested and charged with theft of a firearm and illegal conveyance of weapons, according to a Warren City Police report. He was taken to the Trumbull County Juvenile Justice Center.
