YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Robert Seman appeared in court Wednesday for another pretrial hearing.
For the first time in a long time, Seman appeared in street clothes.
He’s still in jail, but the judge allowed him to wear regular clothes for a few hours instead of his jail suit.
The big topic being discussed was how Seman’s hearings and trial would move forward, with one of his attorneys also involved in the Oak Hill Renaissance case that’s being tried in Cleveland.
Both sides will work out conflicts between that case’s schedule and other pretrials scheduled in Seman’s murder case
Lawyers will have monthly hearings on the case up until the trial, which is scheduled to start in September of 2016.
