Truck crashes through Ohio Arby’s restaurant, kills customer

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (AP) – Police say a customer waiting in line at an Arby’s was struck and killed after a pick-up truck, hauling a trailer, crashed into the restaurant’s lobby.

The crash happened shortly before 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Chillicothe.

Police are investigating what caused the driver to lose control and smash through the window of the fast food restaurant on North Bridge Street. The driver is being questioned by police.

The identities of the driver and the victim have not yet been released.

Chillicothe firefighters told WCMH-TV that a second person was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police told The Associated Press that no other information was available.
