Miller scores 22, Wellsville posts 5th win in a row

WELLSVILLE, Ohio (WKBN) – Wellsville scores a 47-41 victory over Western Reserve tonight at home to improve their record to 8-1 on the season as they’ve now won five consecutive games since their loss to Lisbon (on December 11).

The Tigers were led in the scoring column by Justin Miller who finished with 22.

Western Reserve drops to 4-5 overall after tonight’s setback. Lance DeZee closed out the contest with five three-point makes to finish with 17. Jack Cappabianca hauled down a team-high 9 rebounds.

Next up for the Tigers is a road trip to East Liverpool in January 5. Reserve’s road trip continues next Tuesday against United.
