Sebring falls to Mogadore at Mount Union

ALLIANCE, Ohio (WKBN) – Mogadore’s big surge in the second half kept their undefeated season intact as the Wildcats got by Sebring 68-62 in the Alliance Christmas Classic at Mount Union.

Mogadore trailed by seven (36-29) at the half but outscored the Trojans 39-26 in the final two quarters to take the six point win. The ‘Cats (4-0) were led by Zeddie Pollock’s 16 points and Andrew Barker, who scored 14.

Sebring had a trio of players score double figures. Josh Zmuda and Jason Dickson each had 17. Rob Rouse finished with 15. Dickson connected on three long distance shots.

Next up for Mogadore is a matchup with Wooster in the Tallmadge Tournament next Tuesday. For Sebring, the Trojans will welcome East Palestine on Tuesday also.

In the early game of the classic, Alliance defeated Rootstown 74-23.
