Man dies after being shot in head during argument

READING, Pa. (AP) – Authorities say a man died after being shot in the head during an argument in eastern Pennsylvania.

Officers in Berks County were called to the Reading home just after 10:30 p.m. Saturday following a report of a shooting.

Police said the 37-year-old victim was found lying in the street after being shot at least once in the head.

He was taken to Reading Hospital, where police said he was pronounced dead early Sunday. His name wasn’t immediately released.

Investigators said the victim and another man were in the middle of an argument when the suspect pulled a handgun and fired several shots.

Police said the other man ran from the block and hasn’t yet been identified.
