Warren store owner thwarts robbery attempt

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The owner of a convenient store in Warren thwarted a robbery attempt Monday afternoon.

According to the Tribune Chronicle, two masked juveniles walked into the Quick Shop, 960 Mahoning Ave. N.W. about 4:15 p.m. Both robbers had guns and pointed them at the owner and demanded money.

The owner did not comply and the suspects ran from the store.

The incident is still under investigation. No arrests have been made.
