‘Fur ball’ event set for March

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The annual Fur Ball to benefit Animal Charity Humane Society is set for March.

Tickets go on sale Monday, Jan. 4.

The ball is scheduled for Saturday, March 5, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. at The Embassy, 5030 Youngstown-Poland Rd. Youngstown. Advance tickets are $25 each or two for $40. Tickets at the door are $35 each or two for $50. Tickets can be purchased at Animal Charity Humane Society, 4140 Market St., Youngstown.

The event includes entertainment, raffles, an auction, and guest speakers.

During the month of January, anyone who adopts a dog that has been at an Animal Charity Humane Society shelter will receive a six-week training course at the Learning Dog.
