Police identify body found near Hubbard grocery store

Police in Hubbard, Ohio are investigating a body that was found near W. Liberty St.

HUBBARD, Ohio (WKBN) – Police released Tuesday the identity of a body found lying next to the Save-A-Lot grocery store in Hubbard.

Police discovered the body of Leo. E. Petrosky, 38, of Youngstown, about 12:25 p.m. Tuesday lying next to the building on W. Liberty Street.

A cause of death has not been determined. An autopsy is being conducted by the Trumbull County Coroner.

“We are going to wait for the autopsy report to come back from the coroner’s office. We are keeping all avenues open until we know what’s what when they report back to us,” said Det. Sgt. Chris Moffitt.

The Hubbard Police Department, Hubbard Township police, the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Trumbull County Coroner are investigating the case.
