Davidson’s 48 enough for the Potters

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN) – The Potters rebounded nicely from Tuesday’s loss to Wellsville by getting by Edison tonight, 76-69. Isaac Davidson, once again, was the standout as he scored 48 points, hauling down 13 rebounds and dishing out 6 assists. Zach Adkins also was involved as he scored 12 and finished with 9 rebounds.

East Liverpool held a 9-point lead (23-14) at the end of the first quarter. The Potters have won six of their last eight contests.

Edison made 11 three-point baskets as a team. The Wildcats had won three of their last four prior to tonight’s matchup.

Minerva will host Edison (5-6) tomorrow evening at 6:30 pm. East Liverpool (8-4) will travel to Oak Glen tomorrow for a clash in West Virginia.
