Fire forces Youngstown family from home

A family was forced from their Youngstown, Ohio home after a fire broke out early Thursday morning.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A fire forced a Youngstown family out of their home and into the cold early Thursday morning.

Crews were called about 2:30 a.m. to a house along South Heights Avenue.

One adult and three children lived there and all of them got out safely.

Firefighters said an electrical problem may have sparked the fire that quickly filled the house with smoke.

The family is staying with neighbors.
