Storage building catches fire in Bristol

BRISTOL, Ohio (WKBN) – It took Bristol firefighters only seven minutes to control a fire in a storage building Monday night.

Crews were called about 6:30 p.m. to a home in the 2200 block of Hyde Oakfield Road for a building on fire.

When they arrived, there was smoke coming from a storage building.

The fire was under control within seven minutes.

No injuries were reported.

The fire damaged one end of the building near a chimney.

Bristol was assisted by fire departments in Bazetta, Champion, Bloomfield and Farmington.
