YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A man with a long history of drunk driving convictions is in trouble once again.
This time, prosecutors say they are going to try and take away his car.
Wesley Sanders, 39, was arrested last month in Boardman. At the time, his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
On Thursday afternoon, he was indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury for operating a vehicle under the influence, as a repeat offender.
Sanders has six prior OVI convictions over the last 20 years.
Prosecutors filed forfeiture specifications so they can seize the car he was driving if he is convicted.
