Police report finding 9 lbs of heroin in car in Wolf Creek

WOLF CREEK TWP, Pa. (WKBN) – Pennsylvania Police stopped and arrested two people Tuesday morning, accusing them of having nine pounds of raw heroin in their vehicle with them, according to a press release.

The release stated that police stopped two men, ages 29 and 35, both from New York, for unspecified traffic violations while driving on Interstate 80 eastbound in Wolf Creek Township.

Police searched the vehicle and reported finding four kilograms, or about nine pounds, of what they believe to be raw heroin in a hidden compartment.

The release did not specify if police arrested the two or if charges were filed against them.
