Justine Paris charged with two counts of felonious assault in Struthers shooting

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A woman was indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury on charges in relation to shots fired during a Thanksgiving fight in Struthers.

Justine Paris is facing two counts of felonious assault charges and one count each of improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation and discharging a firearm on prohibited premises.

Police say she started arguing with another woman at a house on Midlothian Boulevard, then pulled out a gun and started shooting. One of the shots hit the woman, who was taken to the hospital and later released.

Bullets also went flying into the home of a family getting ready for Thanksgiving, narrowly missing several people inside.
