Youngstown Police arrests 2 in drug bust

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Four are facing drug charges after Youngstown Police executed a search warrant at a home on Superior Street Wednesday afternoon.

Police say they received no answer after announcing their arrival and knocking on the door, so they forced it open and went inside.

According to a police report, they found 29 bags of crack, $965 in cash, a digital scale, a glass lens containing crack, marijuana and three glass crack pipes.

Charles Diggs and John Willis are both charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Herman Reeder, 62, and John Lacy, 68, were arrested and taken to the county jail. Both are charged with possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

They are scheduled to appear in court on Saturday.
