LORDSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Lordstown High School hosted the annual Academic Prep Bowl on Saturday, quizzing teams of fifth and sixth graders from across Trumbull County.
There was a full day of challenges, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“It’s another opportunity for students to learn. We all have multiple intelligences and different avenues to express that, so it gives them the opportunity to express their academic knowledge,” said Bryan O’Hara of the Trumbull County Educational Service Center.
Niles and Lakeview Schools competed in the final round, with Niles taking home the championship.
