Teen to be charged in Girard debit card use

Police believe the teen used the debit card at a gas station and a car wash

GIRARD, Ohio (WKBN) – Girard Police told WKBN Tuesday that they plan to file charges against a teen who they believe used a stolen debit card at a couple of locations last week.

Girard Police Detective Greg Manente said that last Tuesday, Jan. 26, the teen picked up a debit card that someone else had lost and used it in at least two locations in Girard around 10 p.m.

Manente said that the teen was a juvenile and therefore, did not identify him. Girard Police had been looking for the teen and the truck they believed he was driving.
