WARREN TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – A school bus carrying students home from school was involved in a crash in Warren Township Tuesday afternoon.
The driver of the LaBrae Local School District bus pulled out from a stop sign on Woodside Drive at North River Road. A 2008 GMC Yukon, driven by Linda Fittipaldo, slid right underneath the bus.
The school bus was driven by 38-year-old Pauline Stone, of Warren. She was cited for failure to yield.
There were 16 students from Bascom Elementary and LaBrae Intermediate schools on board. None of the students were injured, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, which investigated the crash.
The children were released to their parents or relatives at the scene.
