Youngstown, OH (WKBN) – Ursuline freshman Dayshanette Harris scored a career-high 51 points in a 107-30 win over East Palestine Wednesday in a Division III Sectional at Ursuline High School.
The Irish were dominant from the start and led 59-15 at halftime. Harris poured in 22 first-half points and kept things up with a strong second half. Her 51 points was one shy of the school record set by Tyra Grant back in 2006.
Simone Comer scored 23 points for the Irish, while Anyah Curd added 11. Jenn Rhodes paced East Palestine with 11 points.
Ursuline improves to 9-13 on the season and will face Lisbon Saturday in a D3 Sectional Final at 1 PM.
