I have the requisite background and experience to be most effective in bringing the necessary changes and supports to our district.

I am married to Bob and we have 5 adult children.
I have B.S. in Education, a M.Ed in Special education with Doctoral Studies in Education and a Minor in Cultural Foundations.
I was selected as a delegate to the International Conference on Education at the State Department.
I was a member of the team that developed the integrated preschool program used in Ohio today.
I’ve presented at National conferences in San Francisco, Boston, and Chicago on multiple occasions.
I am retired from the Cleveland Municipal School District where, besides my experience in the classroom, I supervised the program for students with multiple disabilities and Autism.
I also served 2terms on the Fairhaven Board of Developmental Disabilities, including the position of vice-president.
Currently I am a consultant to families with children with special needs.
