Warren Police: Pregnant woman said man kicked her stomach

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Warren Police are investigating the beating of a pregnant woman that happened around 12:30 p.m. Monday.

According to a police report, a pregnant woman told police that she was leaving the Subway restaurant near the intersection of Drexel Ave. and Parkman Rd. in Warren Monday afternoon when a woman she knows and another male pulled up in a van. The pregnant woman said that the other woman struck her in the head and face and that the man kicked her in the stomach.

The woman said that she covered herself in a defensive position for about 10 minutes before the two left, according to the report.

The police report does not list suspects for the incident.
