Woman, accused of hitting boyfriend with truck, appears in court

The collision happened on Oakhill Avenue

Regina Jones, arrested and charged with felonious assault.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A woman accused of hitting her boyfriend with a pickup truck was arraigned Tuesday.

Regina Jones. 41. is charged with felonious assault.

Police said the victim was riding in Jones’ pickup truck when she kicked him out along Oakhill Avenue and then hit him with the vehicle.

The man was treated for a broken leg.

Police said Jones was mad at the man and accused him of stealing her school refund check.

Bond for Jones was set at $50,000 dollars. She is due back in court early in March.
