Woman charged in Youngstown murder

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police charged a woman Wednesday in connection with the murder of a man on Youngstown’s east side in mid-February.

Youngstown Police charged Angel Bell with aggravated murder in the death of Jason Fonseca, 20, on Feb. 17.

Youngstown Police officials did not specify how Bell was involved in Fonseca’s death.

Kimani Hodges has also been charged with aggravated murder in the crime.

Investigators think Hodges shot and killed Fonseca at a house in the 100 block of Ayers Street on the afternoon of Wednesday, Feb. 17.
