YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley is presenting its sixth annual Wine for Hope event on Friday, April 15.
The event will begin at 7 p.m. at The Lake Club, located at 1140 Paulin Rd. in Poland.
WKBN First News Anchor Erika Thomas will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.
The event includes fine wines, gourmet food stations and music provided by Simply Ed.
Those become Grand Cru, Sommelier or Vintner sponsors and attend the event have the opportunity to wear elegant jewelry at the Wine for Hope event again this year, courtesy of Komara Jewelers.
Tickets are currently on sale for $60 per person until April 1 and $75 at the door. Included in the ticket price is a commemorative wine glass.

This year, The Foundation will be presenting George Gabriel with the H.O.P.E. Award for his lifetime achievement and contributions to the community. This prestigious award is given to someone who has donated time, money and resources to improve the quality of life for children and families in the community.
In his various positions with the Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Gabriel has spent more than three decades in service to disabled youth, adults and their families.
