Youngstown Taco Bell robbed for second time in two weeks

Police were looking for a person who robbed Taco Bell on Market Street

Police are investigating a reported robbery at the Market Street Taco Bell in Youngstown.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police are investigating a robbery at the Taco Bell on Market Street, near Midlothian Boulevard, in Youngstown.

The robbery occurred around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said no weapon was shown, and no one was hurt. The robber made off with some cash.

It was the second time in two weeks that the restaurant has been robbed.

Police are investigating whether the incident is related to last Thursday’s robbery. In that incident, the robber of a similar description ran in the direction of Judson Avenue and Market Street, where police were unable to locate him.

Officers searched vacant homes in that area for the robber on Wednesday but did not find him.

He was described as 5’6″ tall, 120 pounds and of possibly Arabic or Hispanic descent. He was wearing a blue and gray jogging suit at the time of the robbery.
