YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – You may notice something missing if you’re driving along Midlothian, Southern Boulevard and other major roadways in Youngstown: The new road signs are gone.

A contractor put up the street signs over the last month or so, but high winds caused a couple of them to come loose, so the contractor took them all down and is working on putting up new mounting brackets.

There was a problem with the mounting method of the new signs, which were ODOT-regulated sized.
