SCRIPT – Potential Development

Start with me narrating “Social issues; difficulty focusing; learning disabilities; behavioral problems, all of these are symptoms of Autism: a complex developmental disability that affects a person’s communication and social-interaction skills.”

while showing footage of autistic children living out their lives. Cut to me addressing to the audience: “I myself have been diagnosed with a mild form of this disorder; as well as Asperger syndrome. It has undoubtedly made living a normal life quite the difficult task, having to deal with social issues and having a harder time than others when it comes to focusing.”

Followed by the program’s objective “The Potential Development Program is putting forth their best efforts to help Autistic children; by putting them in a safe environment where they’ll be given a more personal, and caring form of education. The kind of education they need so they can not only learn how to cope with these kinds of disabilities; but learn how to live with them. Please donate to Potential Development; I already know how difficult it is to live with the effects of mild Autism. So I could imagine how hard it must be to suffer the symptoms of more advanced of this disorder. Please donate as much as you can to the Potential Development Program, there are children who need this, so they can learn how to live a normal life.”
