FARRELL, Ohio (WKBN) – A vacant home on the 1100 block of Fruit Avenue collapsed after an early morning fire.

A passerby called around 6:47 a.m., and crews arrived by 6:49 a.m. Crews arrived to find the abandoned house with flames shooting out of the front.

The ash from the fire was landing on another vacant house to the north. There were no injuries or transports.

The fire was under control by 7:30 a.m., and all units were cleared at 8:54 a.m.

There is no word on if the fire is under investigation.
