NEW CASTLE, Pa. (WKBN) – New Castle police tracked down a suspect in a bank robbery Monday to a local motel.

Police were called to the First Commonwealth Bank in downtown New Castle Monday after a man walked in, demanded money and then ran away.

After a quick search of the area, police found evidence that led them to the Jefferson Court Motel on N. Jefferson St.where they found James Grim, 29, hiding in a utility closet with the cash.

Police say Grim later admitted to the robbery.

He is charged with robbery and receiving stolen property.
