According to a police report, Daniel James Osborne, 41, is facing harassment and disorderly conduct charges in connection to a Feb. 25 incident at Lakeview Elementary School where police say he grabbed a 14-year-old student by the ankles and threw him. The student landed on his chest and head. The report also states that Osborne shouted obscenities at the teen in front of other students in grades kindergarten through sixth grade.
